The AccuFix Acne Starter Bundle includes two face washes — the Gentle Foaming Gel Face Wash and the Salicylic Acid Face Wash Gel — and they should be used strategically. In the morning, you should cleanse your face with the Gentle Foaming Gel Face Wash to gently remove impurities without disrupting your skin’s moisture barrier, followed by sunscreen. At night, you should again use the Gentle Foaming Gel Face Wash most days, but three times a week, swap it out for the Salicylic Acid Face Wash Gel to provide a deeper cleanse, exfoliate pores, and target acne and congestion. If your skin builds good tolerance to salicylic acid, you can gradually increase its usage to daily at night, but it’s best to start slowly to avoid over-exfoliation or irritation.
