Vitamin C has somehow become one of skincare’s most intimidating everyday ingredients. People worry about stinging, irritation, oxidation, whether their serum has “gone bad,” and whether it will clash with the acne treatments already in their routine.
We formulated this serum to take a lot of that drama out of Vitamin C.
Its hero active is 10% Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (SAP) — a stable Vitamin C derivative that allows us to deliver Vitamin C benefits without needing the very low-pH environment associated with L-ascorbic acid formulas.
We chose SAP because stability and usability matter just as much as putting an impressive ingredient name on the label.
The rest of the formula is intentionally straightforward: Hyaluronic Acid supports hydration and Allantoin helps keep skin comfortable, so the formula remains lightweight and easy to slot into an existing routine.
This serum is great for daily antioxidant support, brightening dull skin, improving uneven tone and helping gradually fade mild post-acne marks.
Its end goal is simple: brighter, fresher, more even skin and everyday antioxidant support — from a Vitamin C serum that you don't need to tiptoe around.
Apply 2–3 drops to clean skin after cleansing and before moisturiser.
Use once daily. We especially recommend it in the morning, when its antioxidant activity can complement your sunscreen and help support skin against everyday environmental stress. It can also be used at night if that fits your routine better.
AM routine: Cleanser → Vitamin C Serum → Moisturiser → SPF
It is designed to fit easily alongside most routines, including those containing niacinamide, azelaic acid or acne treatments.
10% Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate (SAP)
A stable, water-soluble Vitamin C derivative chosen to deliver everyday Vitamin C benefits without requiring the very low-pH environment used by traditional L-ascorbic acid serums.
SAP provides antioxidant support, brightens dull skin, helps improve uneven tone and gradually fades mild post-acne marks. Its stability and formulation flexibility also make it particularly well suited to an easy everyday serum.
Hyaluronic Acid
A powerful humectant that draws and holds water in the skin, helping maintain hydration and keeping the serum comfortable and easy to layer.
Allantoin
A soothing, skin-conditioning ingredient included to support comfort and reduce the potential for irritation in an everyday active serum.
Aqua, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Glycerin, Dimethyl Isosorbide, Ethylhexylglycerin, Phenoxyethanol, Lactic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate, Allantoin, Disodium EDTA.

FAQs
SAP is a stable, water-soluble derivative of Vitamin C. Unlike traditional L-ascorbic acid serums, it does not require a very low-pH formula to work, which makes it easier to formulate into a comfortable everyday serum.
L-ascorbic acid has the longest history of topical Vitamin C research, while SAP offers a different advantage: greater stability and easier everyday use, particularly for skin that does not enjoy acidic Vitamin C formulas.
SAP is considerably more stable than L-ascorbic acid, but no cosmetic ingredient is completely immune to degradation.
Keep the bottle tightly closed and away from unnecessary heat and direct sunlight. A significant change in the product's usual colour, smell or texture can indicate that something has changed; if you're unsure about your bottle, contact us before continuing to use it.
Yes. Vitamin C and Niacinamide can be used in the same routine.
The old rule that they must always be separated is outdated. You can comfortably use this serum with a Niacinamide serum or a Niacinamide-containing moisturiser if both products suit your skin.
Vitamin C can complement acne treatments such as Salicylic Acid or Azelaic Acid, particularly when you're also trying to improve the marks breakouts leave behind. It can also be used in a retinoid routine.
However, if your skin is sensitive or you're new to skincare, we would not recommend layering several active ingredients in the same routine. Instead an easy approach is Vitamin C in the morning and stronger exfoliating or retinoid treatments at night.
Yes, it can help gradually improve flat post-acne dark marks and uneven tone.
It will not remove true indented or raised acne scars, because those involve structural changes in the skin rather than pigmentation.
For particularly stubborn post-acne pigmentation, a more multi-pathway treatment such as Powerhouse Serum may be more appropriate.
Yes — this is one of the reasons we chose SAP.
The formula is designed as an easy everyday Vitamin C option and does not depend on the very acidic environment used by many L-ascorbic acid serums. It is also lightweight and formulated with Hyaluronic Acid and Allantoin for additional hydration and comfort.
Individual skin can still react to any product, so very reactive skin should introduce it gradually.
Either works, but morning is our preferred time.
Using Vitamin C in the morning gives you antioxidant support during the part of the day when your skin is exposed to UV and other environmental stressors.
Apply it before moisturiser and always finish with sunscreen. Vitamin C complements sunscreen; it does not replace it.
You may start noticing brighter, fresher skin and early improvement in mild marks in around 4–6 weeks, while more noticeable improvement in uneven tone can take 8–12 weeks.
Daily sunscreen makes a major difference when your goal is improving pigmentation.

I haven't seen much improvement in my acne scars, but my overall complexion has brightened. Could be a good product depending on your skin concern
I've been using this product for 2 weeks and I can feel the difference, my pigmentation is improving and skin is more fresh and clean
I'm using it for the first time. And the results are kind blowing. Highly recommend
Love it
Such a great experience with accufix cosmetics will shop again
It doesn’t show much of the improvement in acne markd
I have been using this Vitamin C Serum since 20 days and it has really refined my skin complexion. This serum has led to a visible skin whitening impact: however, there has been a little improvement on dark spots and pigment marks. On a holistic level, it's not a bad bet.

Can i use vitamin c serum on my under eye dark circles?
Yes, our Vitamin C Serum (10% SAP) can be used under the eyes (not too close to the waterline). For dark circles caused by pigmentation, our Powerhouse Serum, Kojic Acid Glutathione Cream, or Encapsulated Retinol Serum are more effective options. Results may vary if dark circles are genetic or from lack of sleep.
Is my serum supposed to be yellowish in color, or is it oxidized?
A slight yellow tint is normal in some serums, especially if they contain ingredients like Vitamin C (SAP) or plant extracts. However, if the color is dark yellow or orange and there's a sour smell, it may be oxidized. Store it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a photo—we’ll gladly check it for you!
