Morning routine

Step 1: Cleanse

Wash your face with a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser.

Avoid harsh cleansers that leave the skin feeling tight, dry, or squeaky clean.

A harsh cleanser can weaken the skin barrier and make it harder for your skin to tolerate active ingredients.

Step 2: Apply BioRegenesis

Apply 3 to 4 drops of BioRegenesis to clean, slightly damp skin.

Press the serum gently into the face and neck until absorbed.

Step 3: Moisturise

Follow with a moisturiser suited to your skin type.

Step 4: Apply sunscreen

Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF 50.

Sunscreen is an essential part of this routine.

It helps protect collagen, prevent dark marks from becoming deeper, and protect the results of both serums.

BioRegenesis provides antioxidant support, but it does not replace sunscreen.

Evening routine

Step 1: Cleanse

Wash your face with a gentle, pH-balanced cleanser.

Allow your skin to dry before applying retinol.

Step 2: Apply BioRegenesis

BioRegenesis can also be used at night.

Apply 3 to 4 drops and allow the serum to absorb.

Step 3: Apply the Encapsulated Retinol Serum

Apply a thin, even layer of the Encapsulated Retinol Serum.

Avoid the eyelids, lips, and corners of the nose.

Step 4: Moisturise

Follow with a moisturiser to seal in hydration and support the skin barrier.

If you are new to retinol

The Encapsulated Retinol Serum is designed to be generally gentle, but your skin may still need time to adjust.

Start by using it 2 to 3 nights a week.

If your skin remains comfortable, increase to every other night.

You can then work up to daily use.

Do not increase the frequency if your skin feels dry, sore, or irritated.

If you already use retinol

You can use the Encapsulated Retinol Serum every night if your skin is already used to retinoids and remains comfortable.

Daily use is not required for everyone.

A lower frequency can still give good results if that is what your skin tolerates best.

On recovery nights

If your skin feels dry, tight, or over-treated, skip retinol for the night.

Use BioRegenesis followed by moisturiser instead.

You can continue using BioRegenesis morning and night until your skin feels comfortable again.

Restart retinol at a lower frequency if needed.

1% Encapsulated Retinol Complex

This serum contains 1% of an encapsulated retinol complex.

It does not contain 1% pure active retinol.
