Yes — eye makeup is one of the main reasons we'd choose Butter But Better over micellar water.

Massage a small amount gently over closed eyes to dissolve mascara, liner and other eye makeup instead of repeatedly rubbing with a cotton pad. Very stubborn waterproof mascara or eyeliner may need a second pass.

Avoid getting the product directly into the eyes and rinse with water if that happens.

What a great product

I just washed a full face of makeup with it and it worked wonderfully. The best thing is not just it melts the makeup but that it did not sting my eyes or blurred my vision or clogged my eyelashes. It emulsifies beautifully and is so light on the skin. I think it’s a great choice for people who want gentle no fragrance non stripping make up remover balm.

I have searched through many brands, but most of them don’t sell cleansing balms. However, you do provide cleansing balm, which is wonderful, and your cleansing balm is of the best quality.

It took me some time getting used to the texture, but the most concerning thing is the packaging; it needs a more air-tight packaging. For some reason, it starts growing mold very easily. The product is good, but we need better packaging so that it can stay clean longer. And please sterilize the jars too, if you don't do it already.

Excellent for cleansing. Leaves the skin feeling fresh, soft, and plump. However, it doesn’t remove waterproof mascara as I had expected, so a separate makeup remover is still needed for that

It melts my face makeup easily but with some eyeliners you really have to scrub it in to get it off. Overall, good product to use a first step in double cleansing. I follow it up with their Salicylic Acid face wash.
