I have searched through many brands, but most of them don’t sell cleansing balms. However, you do provide cleansing balm, which is wonderful, and your cleansing balm is of the best quality.

It took me some time getting used to the texture, but the most concerning thing is the packaging; it needs a more air-tight packaging. For some reason, it starts growing mold very easily. The product is good, but we need better packaging so that it can stay clean longer. And please sterilize the jars too, if you don't do it already.

Excellent for cleansing. Leaves the skin feeling fresh, soft, and plump. However, it doesn’t remove waterproof mascara as I had expected, so a separate makeup remover is still needed for that

I have bought this cleanser for the third time and it is amazing. Completely removes the makeup from skin.

It melts my face makeup easily but with some eyeliners you really have to scrub it in to get it off. Overall, good product to use a first step in double cleansing. I follow it up with their Salicylic Acid face wash.

Great product...i really like how easily it rinses off. My one suggestion would be to include a spatula with the butter to prevent it from contamination.

I have ordered butter but better cleansing balm and salicylic acid cleanser and using them together gives u best results. It was my first order I thought I will just try it but now I have decided to add it to my skin care routine.

Cleansing balms usually leave a gross oil layer behind but this one doesn't. It's super gentle, get's rid of heavy eye makeup as well very easily. Definitely buying it again!

It's my second purchase. I have been struggling with acne for quite a long time. Tried everything but didn't suit my skin. Since the day I started using this as a double cleansing, it reduce the reoccurring acne. And helps me in clearing the pores.
