Your skin barrier is not just about how hydrated your skin feels. The outermost layer of skin is held together by a carefully organised mixture of ceramides, cholesterol and other lipids. When that system is disrupted, skin can lose water more easily and start feeling tight, flaky, sensitive, stingy or unusually reactive.
That can happen after overusing exfoliating acids or Retinoids, but you do not need to wait until your barrier is damaged to support it. AccuPair is designed to work both as a recovery moisturiser and as your regular long-term moisturiser for maintaining a well-supported skin barrier.
Both AccuPair formulas are built around Ceramides NP, AP & EOP + Cholesterol + Phytosphingosine rather than relying on ceramides alone. They also contain Niacinamide and Panthenol to support barrier function, hydration and skin comfort. Despite being barrier-focused creams, they were formulated with AccuFix's predominantly acne-prone audience in mind, so the formulas are non-greasy and suitable for acne-prone skin.
AccuPair Lite contains the core AccuPair barrier system with 1.5% Ceramide Complex, 1% Niacinamide + 0.5% Panthenol. Choose it when what you want is a straightforward, accessible, everyday ceramide moisturiser that supports both barrier repair and long-term maintenance without paying for the additional actives in Fully Loaded.
Fully Loaded takes the same barrier-first approach further with 3% Ceramide Complex, 2% Niacinamide + 2% Panthenol, then adds Squalane, Oat Extract and Basmati Rice Extract.
Squalane adds further emollient and lipid support for softer, more supple skin. Oat Extract adds soothing support for skin that frequently feels stressed or reactive, while Rice Extract provides additional antioxidant and skin-conditioning support.
The result is not simply a “richer version for worse skin.” It is the more comprehensive AccuPair formula for someone who wants higher levels of the core barrier-support ingredients plus additional soothing, lipid and conditioning benefits.
Choose Fully Loaded if your skin is dry, reactive or frequently stressed by actives — or simply because you want the most complete barrier moisturiser in the AccuFix range for everyday use.
Apply a pea-sized amount to clean skin after serums and treatment products. Use morning and night, or whenever your skin needs moisturising.
In the morning, follow with broad-spectrum sunscreen. At night, use AccuPair as the final moisturising step after treatments such as Retinol or Salicylic Acid.
If your barrier is currently irritated or over-treated, simplify your routine and use AccuPair consistently while reducing unnecessary actives. Once your skin feels better, you can continue using it as your regular everyday moisturiser.
Ceramides NP, AP & EOP
Ceramides are lipids naturally found in the outer layer of skin. They help form the barrier that keeps moisture in and protects skin from external stressors. AccuPair uses multiple ceramide types rather than relying on a single ceramide.
Cholesterol + Phytosphingosine
Ceramides do not work in isolation in healthy skin. Cholesterol and other barrier lipids sit alongside them in the stratum corneum, which is why AccuPair was formulated as a broader lipid system rather than simply adding “ceramides” to a standard moisturiser.
Panthenol
Pro-Vitamin B5 helps support hydration, skin comfort and barrier recovery, making it especially useful when skin feels dry, tight or stressed by active treatments.
Niacinamide
Supports normal barrier function, moisture retention and skin resilience while also offering additional benefits for uneven tone and oil balance.
Squalane (Fully Loaded)
An emollient lipid that helps make skin feel softer, smoother and more supple, adding further lipid and conditioning support to the barrier-focused formula.
Oat Extract (Fully Loaded)
Adds soothing and skin-comfort support, particularly useful for skin that frequently feels stressed, reactive or irritated.
Basmati Rice Extract (Fully Loaded)
Provides additional antioxidant and skin-conditioning support, helping maintain softer, healthier skin over time.

Both formulas are fragrance-free, non-greasy and designed with acne-prone skin in mind.

FAQs
Yes. AccuPair is designed to work as a regular long-term moisturiser, not only as an emergency barrier-repair product. Ceramides, cholesterol and supporting lipids are useful for maintaining a healthy barrier as well as supporting one that has become compromised.
Both use the same core Ceramide + Cholesterol + Phytosphingosine barrier system.
Lite gives you the focused, essential AccuPair barrier formula with 1.5% Ceramide Complex, 1% Niacinamide + 0.5% Panthenol.
Fully Loaded increases these to 3% Ceramide Complex, 2% Niacinamide + 2% Panthenol and adds Squalane, Oat + Basmati Rice Extract for additional lipid, soothing and skin-conditioning support.
Fully Loaded is therefore not simply “the richer version” — it is the more comprehensive formula.
Yes. AccuPair was formulated with AccuFix's predominantly acne-prone customer base in mind. It has a non-greasy feel and is generally non-comedogenic, making it suitable for acne-prone skin that still needs proper barrier support.
Acne-prone skin can have a compromised barrier too — especially when Salicylic Acid, Retinoids or other treatments are part of the routine.
Yes. Having oily skin does not mean your barrier cannot become dehydrated, irritated or compromised.
AccuPair is intentionally different from the very heavy, greasy texture people often associate with barrier creams. Choose between Lite and Fully Loaded primarily according to the level of formula support you want, rather than assuming oily skin can only use Lite.
Common signs include skin becoming unusually tight, flaky, stingy, red or reactive, particularly if products that previously felt fine suddenly start burning.
Barrier problems commonly follow over-exfoliation, introducing too many actives at once or overusing Retinoids/acne treatments. If that happens, simplify your routine and prioritise gentle cleansing, moisturising and sunscreen while the skin settles.
Yes — this is one of its strongest uses.
Apply your treatment first and follow with AccuPair as your moisturiser. It is particularly useful in routines containing Retinoids, Salicylic Acid and other exfoliating treatments, where maintaining hydration and barrier function becomes especially important.
If your skin is already irritated, reduce unnecessary actives rather than trying to compensate by adding more products.
Usually, yes if barrier repair is the main goal.
AccuHydra is primarily a lightweight hydration moisturiser built around ingredients such as Urea, Glycerin and Panthenol. AccuPair is specifically built around Ceramides + Cholesterol + Phytosphingosine, so it is the more targeted choice when the barrier itself needs support.
If your skin simply feels dehydrated and you want the lightest everyday moisturiser, AccuHydra may be enough.
Rice extract is a powerhouse ingredient for skin health. It contains antioxidants that protect against environmental damage, while its soothing properties calm irritation and redness. It also hydrates the skin, improves texture, and promotes an even skin tone, making it a star ingredient in the Fully Loaded variant.
Oats are excellent for soothing and calming the skin. They help reduce redness, irritation, and inflammation, making them ideal for sensitive or dry skin. Rich in beta-glucans, oats also provide hydration and support the skin barrier. The Fully Loaded variant includes oats for their calming and barrier-enhancing properties.

This moisturizer doesn't sting my face like some other ones do
It's very lightweight but hydrating, i can already see my redness and dryness reducing💗 I love this one
I know that it will easily last 2 to 3 months
I absolutely love AccuFix products! Their Skin Barrier Cream is amazing. My skin barrier was severely damaged, but after using it for just two weeks, I saw a huge improvement. Sorry for the late feedback! I would rate the Skin Barrier Cream 10/10. It is a little expensive, but it is definitely worth the price.
At first, the Kojic Acid Cream didn't suit my skin. However, after repairing my skin barrier with the Skin Barrier Cream, I started using the Kojic Acid Cream again, and Alhamdulillah, I got amazing results.
The Power House Serum is also excellent. I had some blackheads and whiteheads, and after using it for two weeks, I noticed they had started to reduce. My skin has become much brighter, and my dark spots are gradually fading.
I use the Hydrating Gel during the daytime. Since I have acne-prone skin, most moisturizers don't suit me, but this Hydrating Gel is lightweight, very hydrating, and perfect for my skin.
I also applied the Kojic Acid Cream on my neck, and it has become noticeably brighter. My neck tone is now much more even. I would also like to mention the Lip Balm. My lips were quite dark and had significant pigmentation. After using the Lip Balm for just two weeks, I have already noticed a visible improvement. My lips look healthier, softer, and the pigmentation has started to fade.
Overall, I would happily give all these products a 10/10. Thank you, AccuFix, for creating such effective skincare products. I highly recommend them!
I have really sensitive skin and this did not break me out and it is hydrating. Will shop again for sure
I had zero hopes that i could actually recover from that phase it was so frustrating it completely shattered my confidence even people started making fun that what i have done to my face as if it was my fault i completely isolated myself lost my confidence but after researching so much and thanks to chatgpt that recommended me this barrier repair cream. One can clearly see the results i have started to see my natural skin tone and it’s more even than ever. Keep up the good work Accufix 🤍
Loved this product literally my skin barrier was so damaged caused by beard trimmer my whole face was inflamed irritated and the redness was so bad and it was burning like hell but this barrier repair cream was a game changer just in 10 days i have started seeing results even though micro dry dots are still there but skin doesn’t burn anymore less red more even. Launch the 100ml tube (10/10)
Literally the best pakistani moisturizer for my sensitive skin, didn't cause any breakouts and was so gentle on the skin. Recommended by a dermatologist ❤️❤️❤️ loving ittt
It is very lightweight, non greasy but repairing.
I have acne prone skin and I'm using the barrier cream by mixing it with adapco at night. Results are amazing
Amazing results and a good product for skin care.
I had damaged skin barrier, so I stopped using all actives and started using hyaluronic acid serum along with barrier repair fully loaded cream. In 3 days I saw visible changes on my face. Totally recommended for people with damaged skin barrier.
Hello
I bought this skin barrier repair cream one month ago I used murcury cream(unaware about murcury) it made my skin worst and thinn with lots of dark spots...I was reluctant to buy this cream but it is a magic..u will have to wait for at least 3 weeks for mild positive effects...my skin is not fully recovered or smooth but this cream has made it so much better which is visible on my face....I love it I trust it...one issue it is very expensive like 3500 RS and very little amount of cream please increase amount of cream or reduce the price
👍
The barrier repair quality is good of this moisturizer as my barrier repaired and my skin is glowing
My new favourite brand to buy skincare
Best moisturiser ever i used . I have extremely sensitive skin but this work great on my skin . Will purchase again and again
The product actually does what it claims to do, two weeks of using this and I can already see my skin gian a healthy glow. It's very light weight and absorbs well and doesn't leave a sticky mess which a lot of moisturizers do on oily skins like mine. A 100% recommend and another repurchase for me
The bestt moisturizer
Satisfactory!
It's good using their products improve my skin a lot in 2vweeks
This cream really works wonders.
The formulation is amazing but I also love how lightweight this is compared to other ceramics creams I’ve used and how quickly it just sinks into the skin without leaving any sort of a residue. Perfect even for summer
Are your products non-comedonegenic and anti-acne or acne safe?
Yes, our products are suitable for acne-prone skin. If acne, clogged pores or recurring breakouts are your main concern, we would recommend using Encapsulated Salicylic Acid + Niacinamide Serum along with Crème B3-B5-E.
The serum helps target clogged pores, blackheads, whiteheads and breakouts, while Crème B3-B5-E moisturizes and supports the skin barrier without making your acne routine unnecessarily harsh.
If you are new to salicylic acid or have sensitive skin, start with the 0.5% strength and introduce it gradually.
What is difference between lite version and fully loaded version
The difference between AccuPair Lite and Fully Loaded comes down to your skin type and how much repair your skin needs.
AccuPair Lite is best for oily, combination, or sensitive skin. It is lightweight, non-greasy, and provides gentle barrier support without feeling heavy.
AccuPair Fully Loaded is designed for dry, dehydrated, or damaged skin. It has higher levels of ceramides, niacinamide, and panthenol to deeply repair the skin barrier and provide long-lasting hydration.
